Metal Cover Artist Completes Work On 'Shadowline' Film

May 28, 2007

Album cover artist Dan Seagrave, who is known mostly for his art for bands like MORBID ANGEL, SUFFOCATION, and more recently TRIVIUM, has just completed his first official film with the UK Film Council and EM Media. Titled "Shadowline", the film is a dark dreamy and twisted tale of a drifter trying to find a missing person and it marks a creative odyssey for the visual artist. With sound design by Tim Barker ("Frozen", "Brothers of the Head"),Daniel Lightning ("The Mutant Chronicles") as director of photography and an original musical score by experimental band THE PILGRIM FATHERS, the film will be hitting the international film festival circuit in 2007-8. Dan is also rumored to be in the process of writing a psychological horror film with the intent of being inherently creepy, rather that bloody.
