MICHAEL KISKE Fans Launch First International Fan Club

Die-hard fans of former HELLOWEEN frontman Michael Kiske have banded together to launch the first international Michael Kiske Fan Club. An official statement from the fan club reads as follows:

Last week, the fist international Michael Kiske Fan Club, was founded by his fans.

"Nowadays, it's getting harder and harder for honest and true musicians to make the music they love without selling out. This is often dictated by the music industry who cares more about making money than about the music. Sometimes it feels like a kind of supermarket-mentality — like a famous German producer said, 'The people don't decide what music they hear — we (the music industry) are the ones who decide this.'

"But we, the fans, won't take this anymore...

"Time has come to help Michael Kiske as he needs us now more than ever. We want to create a Fan Club where we can come together and do petitions to local stations to help promote his music. By doing this, we can show the world the quality of Michael Kiske's abilities as singer and a musician. Hopefully this will let him know that he still has Real fans all over the world that care about his music and his voice.

"It's very important for us and Michael Kiske that all of you find the latest information at www.michaelkiske.net. It will have 'feedback' and it's going to be interactive.

"Fan clubs help connect fans with a common interest in a particular celebrity, show, or music group. It also provides them with a means to share information, sell and exchange memorabilia to expand their collections, and to keep up to date with the latest happenings. Fan clubs allow the celebrities to keep their fans informed about their current projects and provide them with a fun and creative outlet for their energy and enthusiasm."
