MICHAEL SCHENKER's, IAN HUNTER's Sons Join Forces In THE AUDIO CARTEL

Michael Schenker's (UFO, MSG) son Tyson and Ian Hunter's (MOTT THE HOOPLE) son Jesse have started a band together called THE AUDIO CARTEL. Lifelong friends at opposite ends of the Atlantic Ocean, they decided it was time to start a band together. They started writing in Brooklyn, New York in January 2007 with Jesse's longtime drummer Justin Freeman. Three songs were written, and two were finalized with the help of Rick Tedesco from the Guitar Hangar, who recorded and produced them in his studio in Brookfield, CT.

Tyson Schenker's most recent project, FASTER INFERNO (formerly RAIDERS OF ROCK N' ROLL),called it quits in November 2006.
