MONSTER VOODOO MACHINE Frontman Issues New Album Update

March 12, 2008

MONSTER VOODOO MACHINE vocalist Adam Sewell has issued the following update:

"Apologies to everyone (including the rest of the guys in the band) for taking so long to give you all an update, but the past several months have been an absolute blur for me...

"As for the new album that we'd been talking about last year ('Rise Demon Rise'),it looks like this may take a bit longer than planned. Just prior to the show last summer, I was asked to manage the band LACUNA COIL. An amazing opportunity (and something that I certainly couldn't turn down). Unfortunately, this has taken my focus off of the VOODOO album for the time being. With a bit of luck however, we should be able to get back to it very soon. The new songs sounded killer, and it would be a shame to not record them. Hopefully those of you who saw the show liked the new song that we opened the show with (the title track 'Rise Demon Rise'),I think that should give you a good indication of what we have planned for the album."
