MOTÖRHEAD: 'Make 'Em Deaf Forever' Tribute Album Available

July 3, 2007

It all started about 16 months ago. Debate began on the popular MOTÖRHEAD mailing list called "Overnight Sensation". The comment was made that MOTÖRHEAD had never really had a decent tribute done for them. Considering the tremendous influence that MOTÖRHEAD has had on modern rock, it seemed only fitting.

MOTÖRHEAD fans being a breed apart decided to take it upon themselves to do something about it. Bands from the United States, Canada, Finland, Germany and Sweden all contributed to the project. The members of the mailing list all contributed possible names and then voted on all of them to pick a winner. This has truly been a labor of love by all involved.

Entitled "Make 'Em Deaf Forever", the MOTÖRHEAD tribute album features the following tracks:

DECAYED REMAINS - Iron Fist
RAW DEAL - No Voices In The Sky
REVELATION - Built For Speed
M.O.T.O. - Killed By Death
NOTORIOUS GRUMBLE - Metropolis
WALTER - The Hammer
PUMP - Poison
U.S. DISTRESS - Live To Win
SKEW SISKIN - Boogey Man
FALLOUT - Stay Clean
BRODY - Motörhead
HARSH REALITY - Locomotive
