TMZ.com reported in January that MTLEY CRE and Live Nation were being sued by Ron Toma who claimed that he owned the copyright to the famous "belt buckle photo" taken by photographer Michael Pinter back in 1981. CRE used the image on the cover of "Too Fast For Love".

According to Toma's lawsuit, filed in Illinois Northern District Court, CRE and Live Nation used the image without permission on signature hooded sweatshirts they are selling on their web sites.
