MTLEY CRE Guitarist Lays Down 'Blazing' Solo On DILANA's New Album

MTLEY CRE guitarist Mick Mars has laid down a guest solo on the upcoming album from singer Dilana Robichaux, who is best known for her participation on the CBS reality show "Rock Star: Supernova". According to Dilana, Mars' solo "is blazing and we had too much fun doing it."

Dilana's CD was recorded with producer Toby Wright (ALICE IN CHAINS, KORN, METALLICA, FEAR FACTORY) and is currently being mixed by Brian Malouf (MICHAEL JACKSON, MADONNA, PEARL JAM). A late summer/early fall release via Hurricane Music Group (HMG) is expected.

Robichaux last year signed a worldwide, long term, co-publishing agreement with Cherry Lane Music Publishing Company Inc., whose roster includes songwriters such as Quincy Jones, the BLACK EYED PEAS, and John Legend.
