MUNICIPAL WASTE In Studio With Producer ZEUSS

March 23, 2007

Richmond's thrash monsters MUNICIPAL WASTE are currently in Planet Z studios in Massachusetts working on their as-yet-untitled new album, due on June 11 via Earache Records.

The band's frontman, Tony Foresta, reports from the studio: "We're at Zeuss' studio, it's super laid back and we're having a good time. We've recorded the drum tracks and started on the guitar today. We've been here four days and it's stupid chill. Ryan's in the other room tracking and we're playing video games. Zeuss has got a good sound so far, we get more and more excited each day about this album..."

Bassist Landphil states: "I am very excited, I feel like the new material is the best stuff we have ever written! We are very proud of how all the songs have turned out and feel very confident that it will make you want to circle pit in your living room."

MUNICIPAL WASTE will support THE HAUNTED on a European tour beginning April 25 in Tilburg, Netherlands.
