"The Obsidian Conspiracy", the new album from Seattle metallers NEVERMORE, has registered the following first-week chart positions:

"She Comes In Colors", a brand new song from NEVERMORE, is available for streaming using the audio player below (courtesy of Revolver magazine). The track comes off "The Obsidian Conspiracy", which was released in North America on June 8 via Century Media Records.

NEVERMORE filmed a video for the song "Emptiness Unobstructed" during the band's May 18, 2010 concert at the O2 Academy Islington in London, England. The clip was directed by Nigel Crane, who helmed PARADISE LOST's "The Rise Of Denial" video last year for Century Media Records.

NEVERMORE has tapped a "very talented" Hungarian guitar player by the name of Attila Voros to play second guitar on the band's current tour.

The drum tracks for "The Obsidian Conspiracy" were completed in the group's hometown of Seattle with SOILWORK guitarist Peter Wichers, who previously worked with Warrel Dane on the singer's solo debut, "Praises to the War Machine". Longtime friend and collaborator Andy Sneap (MEGADETH, ARCH ENEMY, EXODUS, MACHINE HEAD) once again handled mixing duties. The captivating and dynamic cover art was created by the great Travis Smith (OPETH, KATATONIA) .

NEVERMORE will embark on its first North American headlining tour in almost three years this fall. The trek, which kicks off on September 23 and runs through November 5, will also feature WARBRINGER, MUTINY WITHIN and HATESPHERE in the support slots.

There will be a limited number of VIP tickets available which gets fans early entry before doors for a pre-show NEVERMORE meet-and-greet.
