NO SOULS LOST Completes Work On New Album

February 11, 2008

Texas death metal band NO SOULS LOST has finished recording its new album, "Hostis Humani Generis", for an April release via Open Grave Records. The CD marks the recording debut of new singer Andrew Vasa, who joined the group shortly before the album was compelted.

"After lots of personnel changes, lots of struggle, and lots of hard work, we feel this is an album you'll be very happy with", guitarist Jason Jaeckel says in a press release. "I had been doing lead vocals for a long time, but we wanted a front person that could interact with the crowd more effectively. It's hard to entertain the crowd and perform brutal death metal vocals when you're busy concentrating on highly technical guitar riffs."
