NONPOINT Want To Communicate With Their Fans

September 24, 2002

NONPOINT have posted the following message via their official web site:

"Some bands read their fan mail….most don't. Some Artists read their e-mail….but most rarely write back. Some post in the diary section of their web sites…but not very often. Some have IMs…but they never seem to respond.

"If music is communication, NONPOINT wants to break down the barriers that keep bands and fans apart.

"NONPOINT has a cell phone with them on tour specifically to communicate with their fans. (954) 494-4754. There is no extra FEE, or per minute bullshit, and it isn't being sponsored by some huge phone company. At any given time any one of the members will pick up the phone and talk to their fans, the phone will be on stage during the show, on the bus, and around at all times. (unless they are out of range, or sleeping)

"NONPOINT — bringing lunatics and music fans closer using technology only available to the pygmies until last year! (local and long distance may apply)"
