NUCLEAR ASSAULT's Agent Alleges 'Attempted Fraud' In Connection With METAL CRUSADERS TOUR

January 26, 2006

Robert Devine, CEO of the Maximus Entertainment booking agency (web site) (which handles such artists as TESTAMENT, NUCLEAR ASSAULT and DESTRUCTION),has released a statement to BLABBERMOUTH.NET accusing the Thunderdome Booking Agency of "attempted fraud" in connection with the upcoming Metal Crusaders Tour (which is currently being advertised as featuring headliners VADER alongside KATAKLYSM, DESTRUCTION, SPEED\KILL/HATE, GRAVEWORM and THE ABSENCE). His statement reads as follows:

"To all of the fans, promoters and venues involved with the Metal Crusaders Tour, this statement is fact and involves a class action lawsuit against the Thunderdome Booking Agency.

"There is no truth in the statements made about NUCLEAR ASSAULT [referring to an earlier press release announcing that NUCLEAR ASSAULT were pulling out of the Metal Crusaders Tour 'due to an urgent immediate family situation of one of its band members.' — Ed.] Everyone in the band is in perfect health and ready to tour the world in 2006. The Thunderdome Booking Agency has given false information regarding the Metal Crusaders Tour to try to profit and steal commissions and take advantage of every act involved in this tour.

"Maximus Entertainment has never received one offer from any date solicited or contracted through the Thunderdome Booking Agency. We have no knowledge of any dates concerning NUCLEAR ASSAULT, SPEED\KILL/HATE, DESTRUCTION or any other act represented by Maximus Entertainment.

"If you were contacted by any other agent except Tammy Taylor [of Maximus Entertainment] regarding any of the acts involved with the Metal Crusaders Tour, we have no information and you have been misinformed by the Thunderdome Booking Agency. Please feel free to contact Maximus Entertainment or the law office of Joseph Turner (512-474-4892) concerning the class action lawsuit and the attempted fraud by the Thunderdome Booking Agency."
