OBLITERATION Guitarist Quits (Again)
December 16, 2004OBLITERATION rhythm guitarist Cesar Vallejo has once again left the group. "I cannot dedicate myself to this band 100 percent anymore," he writes in a statement. "Nonetheless, I will be helping OBLITERATION while they find a permanent guitarist and bassist. On the other hand, I will continue with my thrash metal band, CREMAINS. We are on the process or writing material and it's coming out insane! MP3 samples will be available soon. We are still looking for a vocalist. Anyone interested can contact me at [email protected]."
CREMAINS' current lineup consists of the following:
Cesar Vallejo (OBLITERATION) - Bass
Christian Vallejo (live/session bass for OBLITERATION) - Guitars
Gabe Mera (MYSELF AM HELL, ACTIVATOR) – Guitars
Javier Medina (BLOOD OF KINGS, SUN DESCENDS) - Drums
The band, whose musical direction is said to be in the vein of "early KREATOR, EXODUS, PROTECTOR, MERCILESS and HYPNOSIA," are currently rehearsing in New York City.
