PITTS VS. PREPS: Former EXHORDER Frontman To Perform At New Orleans' HOUSE OF SHOCK METAL FEST

PREPS, the Louisiana-based band featuring former EXHORDER/FLOODGATE frontman Kyle Thomas, will be performing at the House of Shock Metal Fest on Saturday, August 20 at Twiropa in New Orleans, Louisiana. Also scheduled to appear at the festival are ATONE PAIN TRIBE, SHEDDING OLD SKIN, 11 REASONS, SINKHOLE, IN VAIN, SKINCRAWL, SOUTHERN WHISKEY REBELLION, LOWERLINE and MISLED. Doors at 5pm, show begins at 6pm. Tickets are $10 and available now at TwiRoPa Tickets.
Thomas had previously said about PITTS VS. PREPS' musical direction, "This is my only current project and it is centered around the truest sound of heavy metal in the realm of old JUDAS PRIEST and IRON MAIDEN. Check it out if you can, it's always a good party when we hit the stage."
Kyle is one of 57 artists contributing to Roadrunner Records' upcoming album to mark the label's 25th anniversary. The CD, entitled "The All-Star Sessions", will feature Thomas singing on a track called "Constitution Down", written by SLIPKNOT drummer Joey Jordison. An October 11 release is expected.
