RING OF FIRE Live CD/DVD Due In August

RING OF FIRE, led by former YNGWIE MALMSTEEN frontman Mark Boals, will release a live CD and DVD, entitled Burning Live in Tokyo, simultaneously in Japan on August 21st.

The DVD, according to Mugenkyo Management, is to include a bonus RING OF FIRE interview, multi-angle options and a booklet with live photos. The CD contains a bonus message from Mark Boals, a new unreleased song, as well as performances of "Interlude", "Extended Solos" and booklet with live photos.

A new studio album from RING OF FIRE is tentatively scheduled to be recorded at the end of this year, and it is hoped that Tony MacAlpine will reprise guitar duties for the band, having played with the band on the tour filmed for the new DVD and CD releases (the rest of the band consisted of drummer Virgil Donati, keyboardist Vitalij Kuprij, and bassist Philip Bynoe).
