SCOTT WEILAND's Arraignment Delayed (Again)
December 4, 2003VELVET REVOLVER frontman Scott Weiland's arraignment on a DUI charge has been delayed once again, according to MTV.com. Though he was scheduled to appear in court Wednesday, the former STONE TEMPLE PILOTS singer is now due back in court on December 23 to enter a plea to the charge of driving under the influence of drugs, which stems from a late October arrest. In the meantime, he continues his lockdown rehab program in Pasadena, California.
VELVET REVOLVER are currently mixing their debut album with Andy Wallace (NIRVANA, KORN, LIMP BIZKIT, SEPULTURA, SLAYER) for a tentative March 2004 release through RCA Records.
