SEETHINGS Sign With Italy's SCARLET RECORDS

SEETHINGS, the new Swedish band fronted by former DARKANE vocalist Lawrence Mackrory, have inked a worldwide deal with Italy's Scarlet Records. The group's first release through the label will be "Parallels", due in late spring. North American and Asian recording agreements are currently being negotiated and will be finalized shortly.

"Parallels" was produced by Daniel Bergstrand (MESHUGGAH, STRAPPING YOUNG LAD, STUCK MOJO) and Örjan Örnkloo (MISERY LOVES CO.) at Bergstrand's Dug-Out studio in Uppsala, Sweden, and is said to feature a "heavy but pop-oriented groove [direction]" that has been described as "a mix between LINKIN PARK, STAIND, A PERFECT CIRCLE and TOOL."
