As previously reported, a nine-minute video interview with Andreas Kisser, conducted in early December 2006 by MetalMachine.net during the band's visit to New York City, has been posted online at this location (Windows Media).

SEPULTURA completed its first North American tour in nearly four years in December. Support at the shows came from SWORN ENEMY, DIECAST and SUICIDE SILENCE. The trek marked the band's debut U.S. appearance with their new drummer, Jean Dolabella (ex-UDORA),who replaced founding member Igor Cavalera in June. Check out several video clips from the tour at YouTube.com.

Igor announced early last year that he was taking a break from the group's touring activities to spend time with his second wife and their new son (who was born in January). Filling in on drums during the band's spring 2006 European tour with IN FLAMES was Roy Mayorga, who played with Igor's brother Max in SOULFLY for several years in the late '90s and again in 2001-2003.
