SEVENDUST Frontman Interviewed In Little Rock

Arkansas Rocks! Entertainment conducted an interview with vocalist Lajon Witherspoon of the Atlanta, Georgia's SEVENDUST when the band played in Little Rock, Arkansas on February 21. Watch the chat below.

SEVENDUST will release its new album, "Cold Day Memory", on April 20 via the band's own 7Bros. Records through Warner Music Group's Independent Label Group. The CD was recorded at Groovemaster Studios in Chicago, Illinois with producer Johnny K (DISTURBED, STAIND, MACHINE HEAD).

"Cold Day Memory" marks SEVENDUST's first studio recording with the band's original lineup since 2003's "Seasons".

Guitarist Clint Lowery, who rejoined SEVENDUST in March 2008, commented, "This record personally has been one of the most difficult, but most rewarding records I've ever worked on. I put a lot of pressure on myself to contribute good material to the guys after being gone for last three records and that helped me focus more than I ever had." Added Witherspoon, "I feel this album shows new growth for the band. We're very happy to have Clint back and are looking forward for everyone hearing the magic that's made when we're all together!"

SEVENDUST's new single, "Unraveling", is getting a great reaction at rock radio. With back-to-back double-digit add weeks at Active Rock before its actual add date (next week),this is the most well-received SEVENDUST track in the last decade.

"Unraveling" will be released via iTunes on March 2 and is available to stream on the SEVENDUSTMySpace page.
