SICK PUPPIES Announce New Frontman, Release 'Stick To Your Guns' Song Snippet

February 8, 2016

SICK PUPPIES has announced the addition of Houston-based singer-guitarist Bryan Scott to the group's ranks. Scott previously played with GLASS INTREPID and DEV ELECTRIC and briefly toured as vocalist for EMPHATIC in 2011.

A snippet of a brand new SICK PUPPIES song called "Stick To Your Guns", featuring Scott, is available below. The fill track will be made available in March, to be followed by a new album in the spring.

SICK PUPPIES has stayed relatively low-key since splitting with singer and guitarist Shim Moore in 2014, but is now finally ready to resurface.

Scott told Loudwire: "As soon as I found out about the lineup change, my gut feeling told me to reach out to [bassist] Emma [Anzai] and [drummer] Mark [Goodwin], and we clicked right away. I knew this was a shot that could change the course of my life so I flew out to L.A. to audition the next morning."

Added Anzai and Goodwin: "Before we met Bryan in person, we knew he’d be a great fit. His audition of 'Odd One' and 'You're Going Down' was on point and from there the music progressed naturally."

SICK PUPPIES has booked several festival dates for this year, including Welcome To Rockville on May 1, Carolina Rebellion on May 6 and Rock On The Range on the weekend of May 20.
