SIRENIA Frontwoman To Co-Host 'The DJ PainKiller Show'

SIRENIA frontwoman Monika Pedersen will co-host "The DJ PainKiller Show" on the popular rock/metal online radio station Hard Rock Radio Live. The show will air live on Thursday, April 26 at 2:00 p.m. EST / 8:00 p.m. CET. The show, a two-hour blend of old and new rock/metal tunes, has in the past featured great artists on the panel such as the British metal band JUDAS PRIEST.

SIRENIA's new album, "Nine Destinies and a Downfall", entered the German Media Control chart last month at position No. 54. The album was recorded at Jailhouse studios in Norway with engineer Hans Eidsgard and Soundsuite studios in France with Terje Refsnes and was mixed and mastered at Antfarm studios in Aarhus, Denmark with Tue Madsen.

SIRENIA is the Norwegian/Danish gothic metal band featuring former TRISTANIA guitarist/vocalist Morten Veland. The group's video for the song "The Other Side" has been posted online at YouTube.com. The clip was helmed by the renowed Serbian production company I-Code (DEATHSTARS, HAMMERFALL, BLIND GUARDIAN, SCAR SYMMETRY),which previously worked with the group on the "My Mind's Eye"video.
