SLAYER To Perform On MTV's 'Viva La Bam'

SLAYER will appear on MTV's "Viva La Bam" on Sunday, May 2. The MTV show airs at 9:30 p.m. ET/PT.

As previously reported, SLAYER are sharing the cover of the current issue of Revolver magazine with Bam Margera, the star of "Viva La Bam", which was named "Best TV Show" in the Revolver Readers' Poll. SLAYER and Margera recently met at Margera's home in Pennsylvania to shoot the magazine cover and perform SLAYER-style for Bam's show.

SLAYER entered the studio last month to begin recording their first album with the original lineup since 1990's "Seasons In the Abyss". A late 2004 release through American Recordings is expected.
