SOILWORK To Tour North America With DARKANE, WARBRINGER, SWALLOW THE SUN

Swedish metallers SOILWORK will return to the U.S./Canada in early 2009 for a massive headlining tour with support from DARKANE, WARBRINGER and SWALLOW THE SUN. Confirmed dates are as follows:

SOILWORK recently enlisted a new session guitarist — Sylvain Coudret of the French metal band SCARVE (which also features in its ranks SOILWORK drummer Dirk Verbeuren).

Back in February 2008, SOILWORK parted ways with guitarist Ola Frenning due to Ola's "resistance to the demands of the road."

SOILWORK sold 5,000 copies of its new album, "Sworn to a Great Divide", in the United States in its first week of release to land at position No. 148 on The Billboard 200 chart.
