Matt Pinfield conducted an interview with reunited grunge legends SOUNDGARDEN on November 14 in New York City for the latest episode of MTV's "The Hivecast With Matt Pinfield". You can now listen to the chat using the audio player below.

SOUNDGARDEN was the musical guest on the November 26 edition ABC-TV's "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" The band performed two songs — "By Crooked Steps" and "Been Away Too Long" — on the show's outdoor stage in front of a standing-room-only crowd. You can now watch video footage of the group's appearance below.

"King Animal", the first collection of all-new material in 16 years from SOUNDGARDEN, and first since the group reunited in 2010, sold 83,000 copies in the United States in its first week of release to debut at position No. 5 on The Billboard 200 chart. The CD arrived in stores on November 13 via Tom Whalley's new record label, a partnership between his Seven Four Entertainment and Republic Records.

SOUNDGARDEN blasted through 23 songs in front of 1,000 people at New York City's Irving Plaza nightclub on November 13 in the first of three such shows to celebrate the arrival of "King Animal".

The band reunited in 2010 after a 13-year break, releasing a retrospective collection called "Telephantasm" and a concert album titled "Live On I-5".
