SoundScan Report: LIMP BIZKIT, STATIC-X, SEVENDUST
October 15, 2003LIMP BIZKIT will land at No. 11 on next week's The Billboard 200 chart after shifting 78,000 copies of their fourth album, "Results May Vary", in its third week of release, for a total sales-tally of 530,000 — roughly one half of the first-week figure of their previous album, "Chocolate Starfish and the Hot Dog Flavored Water", back in October 2000. The Florida-bred band's second full-length effort, "Significant Other", sold 635,000 copies during its first week of release in June 1999.
In other chart news, STATIC-X moved 48,418 copies of their newest CD, "Shadow Zone" (No. 20),in its first week — slightly over half of the first-week tally of its predecessor, 2001's "Machine". Meanwhile, SEVENDUST sold a respectable 67,808 copies of their fourth album, "Seasons", to land at No. 14 on The Billboard 200.
