SUPREME MAJESTY Part Ways With Drummer, Announce Replacement
August 16, 2004Swedish melodic metallers SUPREME MAJESTY have parted ways with drummer Jocke Unger. "Jocke has other engagements he wants to focus on, among these full-time drumming in the thrash metal band SGT. CARNAGE," reads a posting on the group's web site. "Replacing Jocke behind the drum set is the well experienced and talented drummer Johan Rydberg [ex-SANZIA, IN BLACK]."
SUPREME MAJESTY will enter the studio on October 1 to begin recording their third album, tentatively due in early 2005. The band issued their second album, "Danger", in late September through Germany's Massacre Records. Several MP3 soundclips from the CD can be downloaded at this location.
