TAAKE, HELHEIM, DIMENSION F3H Confirmed For Norway's DARK ESSENCE FESTIVAL

TAAKE, HELHEIM, DIMENSION F3H and VULTURE INDUSTRIES are among the confirmed bands for the Dark Essence Festival (featuring artists signed to the Dark Essence label),which will take place February 29 - March 1 at Garage in Oslo, Norway. More acts will be confirmed soon.

As previously reported, TAAKE will release a new seven-inch single, "Svartekunst", in early 2008, featuring live versions of the songs "Eismalsott", "Tykjes Fele", "Over Fjell Og Gjennom Torner" (DARKTHRONE cover) and "Voldtekt".
The lineup on this release is as follows:

Hoest (guitars/vocals)
Skagg (guitar)
Dommedag (guitar)
V'gandr (bass)
Thurzur (drums)

"Svartekunst" will be limited to 1,000 copies.

TAAKE's third album, "Doedskvad", was released in 2005 via Dark Essence Records. The band had previously released two albums on the Wounded Love label: "Nattestid..." (1999) and "Bjoergvin" (2002). "Doedskvad" is the last installment in this trilogy.
