THE AUTUMN OFFERING To Enter Studio In February

Daytona Beach, Florida's THE AUTUMN OFFERING will enter AudioHammer Studios in Sanford, Florida with producer Mark Lewis on February 1, 2009 to begin recording its new album, entitled "Requiem". Songtitles set to appear on the CD include "Narcosis", "Worn Out Wings" and "Obsidian Halo". A spring release through Victory Records is expected. According to the group, the follow-up to 2007's "Fear Will Cast No Shadow" will contain "by far the band's most ambitious and dense material yet. Longer songs, complex rythms, and dynamic vocals fill out this 11-track monster."

The band's video for the song "From Atrophy To Obsession" can be viewed below. The track comes off THE AUTUMN OFFERING's last album, "Fear Will Cast No Shadow", which came out on October 30, 2007 via Victory Records. The CD was recorded at AudioHammer with producer Jason Suecof (CHIMAIRA, TRIVIUM, BURY YOUR DEAD, DEVILDRIVER) and engineer Mark Lewis. The record was mastered by Alan Douches at West West Side Music in New Windsor, New York.
