THE WILDHEARTS Frontman Announces Rescheduled Acoustic Tour Dates
January 7, 2004THE WILDHEARTS frontman Ginger has announced the first four rescheduled dates for his acoustic U.K. tour. They are as follows:
Jan. 26 – Wolverhampton, UK @ Civic Bar
Jan. 27 - Oxford, UK @ Zodiac
Jan. 28 - Cambridge, UK @ Boat Race
Jan. 29 - High Wycombe, UK @ White Horse
Ginger's acoustic tour was originally set to take place in December, but was called off after the singer broke his hand.
As previously reported, THE WILDHEARTS will release a special version of their "Riff After Riff" CD in the U.S. through Gearhead Records in the spring. The group's first American release since 1993's "Earth Vs The Wildhearts" will contain all the tracks from the Japanese version of "Riff After Riff" minus "Vanilla Radio", plus several bonus cuts.
THE WILDHEARTS will be performing at South By Southwest Music Festival (SXSW) and undertaking a U.S. tour with THE DRAGONS beginning in March (dates to be confirmed).
