THIS OR THE APOCALYPSE's new album, "Haunt What's Left", was released on June 22, 2010 via Good Fight Music. The follow-up to 2008's "Monuments" was recorded at Spin Studios in New York with Josh Wilbur (ATREYU, AVENGED SEVENFOLD) and Chris Adler (of LAMB OF GOD).

Consisting of Armellino, Esbenshade, Rodney Phillips (guitars),Grant McFarland (drums) and Sean Hennessey (bass),THIS OR THE APOCALYPSE encompasses a sound that melds the fine Pennsylvania traditions that have brought us the likes of AUGUST BURNS RED, A LIFE ONCE LOST and THIS DAY FORWARD while taking their musical direction to a new and uncharted height.
