VEHEMENCE Drop Off DEICIDE Tour
April 4, 2003Arizona's VEHEMENCE have regrettably had to pull off of the last few dates of the DEICIDE/AMON AMARTH tour due to sickness. Vocalist Nathan Gearhart caught a very serious sinus infection that affected his throat and made it impossible to continue the final dates. "VEHEMENCE would like to thank all of their friends and fans that came out to these shows early enough to catch their set," reads an official statement from the group's label, Metal Blade Records. "Touring with such a diverse line-up proved to be interesting, and lead to great friendships between all of the bands. The band is very sorry, and will try to make it out to play the Canadian, New York, and New England areas on their next tour. The band is now on their way to concentrate on finishing the last half of their next full-length album."
