VELVET REVOLVER: KROQ Performance Posted Online

VELVET REVOLVER fan site Velvet-Revolver.com is currently hosting an audio recording in MP3 format of the band's appearance on KROQ's "Kevin & Bean" show Friday morning (April 30). Available for download are acoustic versions of the band's new single, "Slither", the STONE TEMPLE PILOTS cover "Interstate Love Song" and the GUNS N' ROSES song "Used To Love Her". VELVET REVOLVER's debut album, "Contraband", is scheduled for release on June 8 through RCA Records. The band — who've only played one show before (last year in Los Angeles) — recently shot a video for the album's first single, "Slither", with director Kevin Kerslake (NIRVANA, RED HOT CHILI PEPPERS, IGGY POP). Look for the "Slither" video to air tonight, May 1 immediately following MTV2's "Velvet Revolver Makes The Video".

VELVET REVOLVER will embark on a North American tour beginning on May 13 in St. Louis, Missouri.
