VINCE NEIL Accuser's Allegations 'Completely Unfounded,' Says Hotel Representative

September 9, 2010

According to TMZ.com, the Hilton hotel in Las Vegas claims it has surveillance footage of MÖTLEY CRÜE frontman Vince Neil from this past weekend and hotel representatives say he never battered anyone in an elevator.

A woman claimed that Neil lashed out unprovoked at her when she she shared an elevator with the singer as she headed back to her suite at the Hilton hotel in Las Vegas this past Sunday night (September 5).

She told WENN she recognized Neil, who was with two younger women, from TV but couldn't remember his name.

She said she struck up polite conversation and asked Vince to reveal his identity, at which point he allegedly lunged at her.

The woman claimed she was left with bruises on her arms, as Neil allegedly shoved her up against the elevator buttons.

But a representative for the hotel told TMZ.com, "After reviewing surveillance video and interviewing witnesses, we've concluded that her allegations against Vince Neil are completely unfounded."

The rep continued, "We also understand that the local authorities have deemed her allegations to be without merit. Accordingly, we consider the matter closed."
