VINCE NEIL Sued For Legal Fees

December 15, 2009

According to Courthouse News Service, MÖTLEY CRÜE frontman Vince Neil is being sued for legal fees by the Costa Mesa, California-based law firm Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton.

The attorneys claim the singer, whose real name is Vince Wharton, refused to pay $62,000 for four months of representation in negotiations over entertainment and corporate agreements in 2008.

Neil is preparing to enter the studio to begin recording his new solo album, tentatively titled "Tattoos n' Tequila", for a spring release.

In a recent interview with The News Tribune, Vince stated about the upcoming CD's title, "It's rock 'n' roll. That's it. It has nothing to do with MÖTLEY CRÜE. Tattoos and tequila is basically my life."
