WARLORD UK: 'Maximum Carnage' To Be Reissued
June 1, 2009Poland's Metal Mind Productions will re-release the debut album by reactivated Birmingham, England death metal outfit WARLORD UK. "Maximum Carnage", which was originally made available in 1996 via Nuclear Blast Records, will be remastered and will be reissued with seven extra tracks, liner notes and previously unseen photos. The CD featured Dave Ingram (BENEDICTION, BOLT THROWER) on vocals.
WARLORD UK has signed a 12-month management contract with Manchester, U.K.-based Valium Management and Promotions. A new studio album from the band is tentatively slated for a 2010 release. WARLORD UK drummer Neil Farrington is also working with ex-CANCER bassist Adam Richardson on Adam's NO LOVE LOST doom metal project.
Formed in 1992, the original lineup of WARLORD UK consisted of Mark White (bass, vocals),Andrew "Bear" Stone (guitar),Michael Gorst (guitar),and a drum machine. They eventually recruited a human drummer, Neil Hutton, later replaced by Neil Farrington.
