10 YEARS Preparing To Hit The Road
September 7, 200710 YEARS drummer Brian Vodinh has issued the following update:
"As I sit here and type this I am listening to our new album with a pretty goofy smile on my face. Damn, does it feel good to have this thing in the bag. Now, we wait until early next year for it to come out!
"I know you are wondering why the hell we would wait to release it until next year. Well, I wondered that as well.
"After many, many meetings with the powers that be we have come up with a game plan that we all feel really, really good about. First single to hit radio around January, with the album dropping a couple months later. This will allow us the proper time to get the word out about this sucker.
"Anyway, the cycle of life for this new album is about to begin and the good news is this... We hit the road with our great friends in SEVENDUST in October! I don't have the full list of dates and cities yet but I do know that it starts around the middle of October and for those of you who catch any of these shows you will definitely be in for a little treat cuz we have a lot of new material to play for you guys!"
10 YEARS' tour with SEVENDUST is set to kick of Friday, October 19 in Minneapolis, MN. All dates will also include OPERATOR and NEVERSET, with complete routing due shortly.
10 YEARS' new album was produced by Rick Parashar (PEARL JAM, NICKELBACK, ALICE IN CHAINS, ROB ZOMBIE).
The band's debut CD, "The Autumn Effect", came out in 2005.
