According to the official web site of QUEENSRŸCHE frontman Geoff Tate (www.geofftate.com),Geoff "is currently in the studio, writing and recording the next QUEENSRŸCHE album. Soon a new forum will be online at queensryche.com, where Geoff will be spending most of his time. We encourage you to visit once the new website is up. Later in the year, expect a big announcement from Geoff on his next solo project. (You'll be surprised to all who's helping him write and record!) At that time we will reopen the board. Thanks to everyone for their continued support over the past year! We'll see you later this year!"
